The Strategic Alignment Intensive is tailored to the context and needs of each organization. While every engagement is grounded in AFI’s alignment framework, the session is shaped by your leadership structure, current challenges, and desired outcomes.

Depending on your needs, the Intensive may include:

• Strategic alignment across mission, vision, values, and organizational priorities

• Leadership development, team formation, and shared leadership language

• Assessment of decision-making, communication, and execution across teams

During the Intensive, we work together to:
