Chrissy Miller is a purpose activator, culture shifter, and event strategist who has spent more than 20 years leading creative teams and large scale events, including over a decade with the Essence Festival of Culture. She created the Aligned for Impact framework after seeing how much changes when people work inside their zone of genius, supported by clear systems and aligned teams.

 

Through the AFI Institute and her company The Creative Mill, Chrissy develops emerging leaders, builds high impact teams, and creates opportunities for purpose driven creatives to gain real world experience.
