Chrissy Miller is a purpose activator, culture shifter, and strategic leader with more than 20 years of experience leading creative and operational teams and large-scale initiatives, including over a decade of leadership with the Essence Festival of Culture.

 

Over the course of her career, she has led teams across live events, culture-shaping platforms, and complex environments, overseeing large, multi-layered teams and high-stakes execution. ​

Through this work, Chrissy observed a consistent pattern: when people are clear about who they are, what they are responsible for building, and how they are best positioned to contribute, both individuals and systems function with greater focus, health, and impact. This insight became the foundation of the Aligned for Impact framework.

Today, through the Aligned for Impact Institute and her company, The Creative Mill, Chrissy leads initiatives that develop aligned leaders, strengthen teams, and create pathways for people to gain real-world experience through meaningful work. Her work centers on translating vision into execution by building environments where alignment, excellence, and accountability coexist.
