Chrissy Miller is the founder and lead consultant of Aligned for Impact, a people and organizational development institute that helps individuals, leaders, teams, and organizations move from vision to impact through alignment, strategy, and execution.
Her 20-plus-year career spans education, ministry, arts and culture, and complex operations. She spent more than a decade leading talent movement for the Essence Festival of Culture, overseeing a team of approximately 80 responsible for coordinating more than 500 artists and VIPs each day across 20-plus stages. She has also served as Director of Programming for the New Orleans Jazz Orchestra and spent seven years in the classroom.
